On the ground floor, there is a new kitchen combined with lounge and dining areas. Beamed ceiling, feature brick fireplace and gentle stairs leading to the first floor. For your entertainment, there is Free Satellite TV with 200 TV channels and 80 radio channels. There is also a CD/Radio, TV video and a DVD player. A small selection of books, games and videos for you to enjoy.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with matching pine furniture and TV. Opposite this, is a shower room with power shower in a large enclosure, low level WC and sink with light and shaver point.

Steep stairs lead to the top floor where there are twin pine beds with matching drawers. TV with remote. There are lovely sea and harbour views from these windows.

Outside, there is a seat in the lovely quaint yard, which is a haven of calm, yet just yards away from the hustle of Flowergate.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
